• Share account credentials with multiple users (account sharing is prohibited).
• Input malicious data, viruses, or harmful code.

Our Content: The CATEROPS platform, logo, design, code, and AI workflows are owned by CATEROPS and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the data (recipes, client details) you input. You grant us a license to process this data to provide the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CATEROPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues as a result of using our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the past 12 months.
